This popular check is ideal for individuals applying for roles as employees, volunteers, or in any situation requiring a basic Criminal Record Check (CRC). It’s suitable for positions in retail, labor, trades, administration, manufacturing, construction, management, and immigration.

Purpose: The CRC is an electronic document that reveals criminal convictions from CPIC and/or local police databases, including findings of guilt under the Youth Criminal Justice Act within the applicable disclosure period. It does not include vulnerable sector information.

Who Can Apply: Anyone residing in Canada, regardless of jurisdiction.

Level 1 Criminal Record Check

Our Level 2 Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) is designed for roles that require a more detailed review. This check is appropriate for positions involving sensitive responsibilities.

Purpose : The CRJMC provides criminal convictions from CPIC and/or local databases, findings of guilt under the Youth Criminal Justice Act within the applicable disclosure period, as well as flags outstanding entries such as charges, warrants, judicial orders, peace bonds, probation, prohibition orders, and absolute and conditional discharges (for 1 or 3 years, respectively). It does not include vulnerable sector information.

Who Can Apply: Anyone residing in Canada, regardless of jurisdiction.
