This check is appropriate for positions involving sensitive responsibilities.</p> <p><b>Purpose :</b> The CRJMC provides criminal convictions from CPIC and/or local databases, findings of guilt under the Youth Criminal Justice Act within the applicable disclosure period, as well as flags outstanding entries such as charges, warrants, judicial orders, peace bonds, probation, prohibition orders, and absolute and conditional discharges (for 1 or 3 years, respectively). <span style='color:red'><b>It does not include vulnerable sector information.</b></span></p> <p><b>Who Can Apply:</b> Anyone residing in Canada, regardless of jurisdiction.</p> <p><b>Note :</b> If you are unsure about the type of check you need, please contact the agency or organization requesting the check for clarification.</p>
